The symposium is a partnership between three companies: Aromas da Terra, Laszlo and Gota Consciência. Together, the companies seek to contribute to the scientific dissemination of aromatherapy in Brazil, bringing together researchers, professionals and those interested in the subject.

The Symposium took place over 3 days in Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo, providing a lot of knowledge exchange between participants. In addition to the in-person event, it was also broadcast live without interruption via the client's YouTube.

The event had a full team from Oro360, where we did all the lighting, cameras, sound and live production. We had a team operating for 3 consecutive days consisting of a live operator, audio operator, logger (file backup) and photo editor, photographer, videographer with fixed cameras for the live broadcast, videographer with a mobile camera, drone operator, 360º camera operator and operations manager.
The event also featured photo delivery in real time, through a platform where the public present could search for photos using facial recognition.

All customers were extremely satisfied with the result. The event took place without any interruption in the live or audio, in addition to having complex interfaces, such as simultaneous translation, where the Oro360 team prepared everything so that it could be carried out consistently.
The real-time photo deliveries surprised the public, who halfway through the first day already had professional photos to post and engage with on social media, thus publicizing the event and increasing its reach.
All remaining material was delivered via the cloud after the event, including recordings from fixed cameras, mobile cameras, live cameras, and drones.
